Nestled in a remote region of the Chilean vineyards, a stay here grants access in a private area just off the terrace overlooking the valley. Take a day trip to the museum in Santa Cruz or a short ride to a world renowned winery. The room and bathroom were spacious, equipped with all amenities, and provided stunning views. The service was professional and breakfast was delicious. The facilities included a spa, bicycles, and pool.

One downside: the staff could be difficult to contact at times.

This hotel is equal to 5 stars. It was near to everything and the view was spectacular. Breakfast is wonderful, we loved lots of meals. Room was huge, bigger then in most Santa Cruz hotels.

The restaurant had a great selection of special diet menus and the private facilities were top-notch. The location advantage was unbeatable, with easy access to biking and wine tours.

The massage service was not available during our visit. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The lack of air conditioning in the casitas during the summer months can be uncomfortable for guests.

Stunning Romantic Escape!

Wanted a romantic weekend escape from the city and found the perfect place! The location is breathtaking with stunning views of the valley and the Andes. We were welcomed with complimentary wine and enjoyed a free bike tour around the gorgeous vineyards. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the massages in our private rooms were heavenly. Plus, the food was exquisite and included complimentary breakfast.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. It was the perfect romantic getaway and exceeded all of our expectations.

Spectacular architecture and luxurious rooms surrounded by breathtaking views. Guests can experience local food and wine while being pampered by staff who will ensure their comfort. Additional activities, such as horse-back riding and bike tours, are available.

The entertainment during cocktail hour was too loud and disruptive to the guests trying to enjoy their evening. Service levels were inconsistent, with some requests falling through the cracks.

Wow! The moment I entered the gates and saw the vineyards, I was speechless. The location of Clos Apalta Residence Relais & Chateaux is simply breathtaking. My private Cabernet villa was stunning and offered complete privacy. I loved enjoying my meals outside and getting massages on the deck. The service was impeccable, and the food was worthy of Michelin stars. The staff at the residence was attentive and made me feel like I was visiting a friend's home. I highly recommend this hotel for a beautiful, relaxing, and awesome experience.

My favorite was the lounge area with a cozy fireplace and an outdoor terrace that offered a truly spectacular view. The beautiful bathroom featured a large bathtub overlooking the vineyards below. Additionally, both dinner and breakfast were absolutely wonderful experiences.
